2. Refunds: Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the transaction to reflect.
3. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items damaged during shipping. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving damaged goods, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
